Stacy is a rather obscure cameo, as far as "random old Troutcave characters" go. She originally appeared as an Secret Evil Operative in the same storyline that introduced Felicity in the original "Basil Flint" series, early in 2003. Stacy would later appear AFTER this comic in "Andiewear," in 2005. She would subsequently never be heard from again. Poor Stacy.
